Application support/Tester specialist

We are developing just our projects so there is no pressure from the client's requests and their deadlines.

Your daily tasks will be

- Support the customers by analyzing technical issues in application functionalities
- Daily communication with customers and solving reported issues
- Report complex problems to the development team
- Be an essential part of the software development cycle by designing and running tests for new and existing features.


Essential Requirements

- Written and spoken English (B2/C1)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Listening ability and patience
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management mindset
- General IT background
