Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Recruiter will be a strategic talent adviser and business partner, responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment services to Ingram Micro leaders and associates across multiple states and locations. They will deliver high quality individual contributor, professional and manager-level candidates and advance the Ingram Micro brand across numerous markets and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Ingram Micro selection process.

This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers candidates and the community-at-large and work closely with leaders to define position requirements and evaluate candidates for skills match.

They will partner with HR and divisional leadership on workforce planning in order to maximize current staff and anticipate future needs.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Recruitment
• Responsible for the end to end life cycle management of the recruitment function; which includes high levels of requisition volumes across all levels of professional hiring.
• Partnering with Business Leaders to provide integrated staffing support for the client group.
Data Management & Data Mining
• Partner with HR business partners to drive results to the next level, utilizing data and relevant recruitment metrics to ensure process improvement and using this information to identify trends, drive change, and assess overall business unit progress.
• Consistently monitor and ensure compliance with all Local Agencies.

Employer Branding
• Attend industry conferences and recruiting events (Industry & University).
• Develop marketing/branding campaigns for the teams you support.
Customer Satisfaction (Internal & External)
• Drives process improvements where needed in alignment with hiring process and client satisfaction (i.e. Hiring Manager & New Hire Surveys, Onboarding, Relocation, etc.)

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience:
• 3 years previous recruitment experienced across all disciplines preferably for a supply chain, distribution and logistics organization.
• Very strong knowledge of operations and corporate work environments.
• Motivated toward individual and team goals and process improvements.
• Sharp analytic and outstanding problem solving abilities.
• Solid ability to develop rapport with both clients and candidates
