Our department Global Alert Handling is responsible for:

Our department Global Alert Handling is responsible for:
- screening of international payments of the ING Group within internal bank systems
- customer screening
- investigation and verification of generated alerts against sanction lists
- analysis of suspicious financial activities
- advising and proactively communicating following up the possible risks
- communication with ING Bank branches worldwide
Tasks and responsibilities of Team Leader:
- leading timely and accurate completion screening of international payments of the ING Group within internal bank systems
- organizing daily operational stand-ups with your team of 10-15 people of a major department and participate in departmental retrospective meetings to balance the workload
- enhancing the operational maturity and mind-set of the team, motivating, inspiring and coaching the team members in order to facilitate further development
- aligning and interacting with the business and other stakeholders on workload, prioritization and escalating to the Head of department in case of issues
