For our Business Shared Service Centre in Bratislava with almost 1000 employees, we are looking for a strategic HR expert to enable the organization to attract and retain talents.

This role acts as the Local expert for Performance & Rewards including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, International Mobility and HR Governance. Provides advices, guidance, implementation, and compliance with the global and local policies with the adherence to the Slovak Labor Laws.

Key activities include, amongst others:
  • Design and delivery of employee salary structures and benefit programs,
  • Provide market and legal analysis and insights,
  • Delivery of job analysis and job evaluation methods,
  • Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools,
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, and external legal requirements,
  • Consulting and advising on employee lifecycle topics,
  • Building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services,
  • Support the design and delivery of Performance Management processes,
  • International Mobility Administration,
  • Participation in Global and Local HR Projects,
  • Collaboration with other HR teams and COEs

Required Experience and Competencies
  • Knowledge of Slovak job market preferably in SSC, BPO, Finance or Banking
  • Affinity with numbers and data and a good understanding on how data analysis and reporting support building the people agenda
  • Attention to details
  • Demonstrated consultation skills to help the business in understanding their people needs
  • Sensitivity to Slovak employment legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at different levels of organization
  • Team player, Sleeves up attitude
  • Strong business acumen
