About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an eager and energetic finance professional, who can act (or grow) as a financial controller and strategic financial business partner for the organization and take the lead in maintaining and improvement of the financial control environment. In your role, you will be also responsible for developing finance advisory capabilities within the finance team providing financial advice to the senior IBSS management. You will help the department in growth to the next level of maturity within changing and growing organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Financial accounting and Management accounting reporting based on Group standards
  • Regular Financial policies and procedures key controls revision
  • Revision and improvement of Financial control framework
  • Review, improvement, and development of internal Financial policies and procedures based on Group minimum standards
  • Data analytics, reports creation and improvement
  • Participation in Finance operational model development and improvement
  • Participation in Forecast and Dynamic Plan preparation and submission processes
  • Cooperation within the Finance department and other IBSS departments to improve processes and find the best solution
  • Communication with HO
  • Financial and management reporting analytical reviews, trends and deviation comments, ad-hoc analysis reviews

Qualifications
  • Education: A master’s degree or similar qualification in a quantitative subject
  • Experience: at least 3 years in financial controlling
  • General/practical knowledge of finance (MA & FA)
  • Knowledge in local GAAP standards
  • Good presentation skills
  • Advanced working command of written and spoken English
  • MS Office: advanced excel skills.
