We are therefore looking for a new colleague that will help us look after our services and facilities.

As a new member of a team you will be responsible for:
- Technical operation regarding leased premises,
- Regular checks of systems and appliances according to legal requirements,
- Immediate escalation of problems to suppliers or building property management (ie Physical Security provider),
- Seating plans update,
- Day-to-day contact with suppliers, invoice pre-checking,
- Coordination of archiving: providing relevant trainings across all internal departments, communication with external provider, coordination of all archiving activities,
- Coordination of renovation/ repair works of premises,
- Active participation on the organization of company events,
- Creation of Operation Manuals and Policies.
