About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

These are exciting times for us as we are growing rapidly, both in terms of number of staff and our facilities.

We are therefore looking for a new colleague that will help us look after our services and facilities.

As a new member of a team you will be responsible for:


  • Technical operation regarding leased premises,
  • Regular checks of systems and appliances according to legal requirements,
  • Immediate escalation of problems to suppliers or building property management (ie Physical Security provider),
  • Seating plans update,
  • Day-to-day contact with suppliers, invoice pre-checking,
  • Coordination of archiving: providing relevant trainings across all internal departments, communication with external provider, coordination of all archiving activities,
  • Coordination of renovation/ repair works of premises,
  • Active participation on the organization of company events,
  • Creation of Operation Manuals and Policies.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant position
  • Communicative, likes to work with people in ever changing environment
  • You are fluent in Slovak and English both verbal and written form
