Are you looking for…

a function that is responsible for the reporting on quality as well as creating and maintaining a uniform way of working within the 1st Line of Defense Alert Handling?

Your role …

  • Perform daily quality checks, monthly quality analyses and reports on quality
  • Responsible for an up-to-date guideline regarding the screening of cross border payments
  • Responsible for the content of a communication tool used within the 1st Line of Defense Alert Handling teams worldwide
  • Responsible for escalating issues regarding the screening of cross border payments to the correct level
  • Maintain Hit Ratio/ GAP as well as Rules & Good Guys
  • Advise 1st Line of Defense Alert Handling SPOC’s regarding issues that concern the screening of cross border payments
  • Proactively react to and communicate possible compliance risks
  • Proactively communicate possible efficiency gains concerning screening requirements
  • Act as an intermediary between the 1st line SPOC’s, the MLRO’s the asset owner and BCRM
  • Facilitate SteerCo meetings with reporting & performance feedback
  • Provide trainings on Alert Handling to 1st Line of Defense
