About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our Key Control Testing (KCT) squad we are looking for a Business Control Officer to support migration activities in the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) area. We provide key control testing activities for ING Wholesale banking locations globally. KCT means veryfying whether particular ING branches worldwide are compliant from procedural and process perspective with the Global minimum standards (controls). Our squad’s mission is: Building a platform of expertise on NFR, focussing on standardisation, efficiency and collaboration in an innovate way.

Some of your daily tasks:

  • Take ownership in migrating compliance testing activities to the ING Shared Services Bratislava Control Hub team
  • Standardise and centralise KCT activities while focusing on continuous improvements
  • Support with operational activities like, for example, collect and administer risk and control owners in iRisk tool.

IBSS Bratislava (ING Bank Shared Services Bratislava) is the servicing hub for ING Wholesale entities for their 1st line of defense risk management activities.   • 1-2 years of relevant work experience

  • Able to manage a resource coordination (FTE) and planning activities, incl. reporting (Excel)
  • Experience with stakeholder management and project management
  • Experience with people management is an advantage
  • Experience with working in an Agile environment is an advantage
  • Result oriented and Independent in acting and decision making
  • MS Office advanced
