About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

ING is looking to expand by hiring Operations Specialist to support the growth ambitions of the Working Capital Solutions team in Bratislava. The role involves joining a team of motivated young professionals with a mission to establish ING as a global player in the evolving Supply Chain Finance market space.
The Onboarding Specialist is involved in administration and operational matters such as: onboarding suppliers – performing checks on legal documents, screening and setting the suppliers up in our internal systems. Providing them support during the onboarding process as well as handling incoming questions via e-mail or phone as after care. Our team is responsible for other processes as well where decision making is required.
In this position you will work very closely with your team reporting to a team lead and, in addition, you will be able to develop a day to day working relationship with colleagues from Netherlands.


Who we are looking for?
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a mid-office/back office function. Experience in shared service environment is considered as advantage.
You are proficient in English and German in written and spoken as well.
You are able to work under time pressure with attention to details.
You are willing and eager to learn new things as the scope of our daily tasks are growing continuously.
Knowledge and experience with back office systems and MS Office is advantage.
As a highly motivated person we expect you to be able to work independently whilst keeping the team morale high. Provide support to other members in order to achieve team targets.

You are comfortable to share your ideas with colleagues and management on different seniority level.
You are strong in problem analysis and judgment, creative in your solutions.
