As Circle Lead (Sr. Manager), you are an inspiring leader who is up for the challenge of delivering services according to SLA, with high quality and in accordance with risk and compliance policies, but at the same time is implementing the necessary changes to stay relevant and in perfect shape for the future. You live for Operational Excellence, Lean, Client Experience and Agile and know how to inspire your colleagues to do the same.

Your role as Circle Lead
  • You lead up to five Customer Loyalty Teams (CLTs) grouped into one Circle; Each team has approximately 10 members.
  • You take ownership of the day-to-day service delivery of the services within your circle, always keeping clients and risk on top of mind.
  • You help teams to increase their self-steering through our agile way of working.
  • You actively engage in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • You coach colleagues, including team leaders in the transition from followers towards being in the driver’s seat.
  • You help create a differentiating client experience.
  • You are self-steering, proactive and collaborative.
  • You pro-actively manage your stakeholders across the organisation.

Proven track record and technical skills:
  • Education at University (Master) level in (business) economics or comparable
  • Proven track record in a Client Operations from services environment
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in a complex, global and dynamic processing environment.
  • A personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment.
  • Expertise in developing high-performing teams.
  • Preferably expertise in delivering Shared Services either in back-office or client service unit.
  • Experience with agile, operational management and preferably with Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with steering on output.
  • Affinity with quality management and risk.
  • Excellent level of English.
