Do you already have some experience as a Team Leader/Team Coordinator with no fear of helping your team solving daily operation issues?

Our department GSO Working Capital Solutions executes high-quality product on-boarding of suppliers and buyers within Supply chain financing. The team also supports the buyers and the suppliers on a daily basis via customized communication channel.

As a new Team Leader for this team, your main duties will include:

  • leading timely and accurate completion of Supply chain financing activities in the assigned portfolio; monitoring SLAs fulfillment
  • solving more complex and risky issues/escalations
  • providing daily supervision of your team related to onboarding of Supply Chain Finance product
  • regularly monitoring performance of employees based on operational management, quality and team behavior
  • organizing operational stand-ups with your team of 12 people and participate in departmental retrospective meetings to balance the workload, stimulate and ensure team cooperation
  • enhancing the operations efficiency and effectiveness of processes and services; suggesting and implementing relevant changes
  • coordinating preparation of technical process and product support towards external parties
  • providing reports for the Head of department and engage in ad-hoc projects

  • has a minimum of 2-4 year experience with managing an operational team;
  • Client Service experience from a bank/SSC or Supply chain finance experience is preferred
  • experience with change management and/or project management and implementation of new processes is an advantage
  • is fluent in English (C1 level)
  • feels comfortable in a fast changing environment and willing to learn every day in a continuous moving global environment with high expectations of service
  • empowers people through leadership, coaching skills and by acting as a role model
  • is a self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and work independently when needed
  • can take ownership and follow up on issues in a timely manner
