Advisory Information (Technology) Risk Management Analyst

Information about the position
ING is restructuring its IT processes, controls, and infrastructure to transform itself into a Digital Bank with the goal of end-to-end “straight through processing”. Information Risk Management uses sound principles of risk management to ensure that the quality and security aspects of information within the ING Bank are maintained at acceptable levels which are proportionate to its value and criticality.

IRM GSO team is integral part of ING Business Shared Services (IBSS) centre in Bratislava. The team is providing information risk services for IBSS’s clients, which are branches or subsidiaries of the Bank globally.

Job description
As Advisory IRM Analyst your role is to:

• Oversee compliance with Policies, Minimum Standards, Procedures
• Provide advice and challenge as a IRM expert towards internal business partners related to information security
• Contribute to execution of Business Impact Assessments, Risk Assessments
• Execute Second Line Monitoring within Key Control Testing and Quality Assurance activities related to IT assets
• Participate in, challenge and periodically report upon the risks of strategic programs and projects
• Support the Corporate IRM of ING Bank with research, fact finding, collecting evidence and documenting activities

Your profile

• You are an expert in the field of Information (Technology) Risk Management, possessing deep knowledge in IT processes and risk areas (IT foundation, Identity and Access management, Change management, Platform Security, IT resilience, Security Monitoring and Cybercrime resilience)
• You are able to deal with and advise on complex matters that are a major concern to senior management of ING Bank
• You are the IRM advisor, who directs, advises and supports the identification, analysis and mitigation of risks related to ING business applications, IT processes, databases and infrastructure to support and challenge business line
• You challenge and monitor IT risk management processes and quality
