Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Provide 1st line functional and technical application support to end users world-wide through client friendly and timely incident resolution
- Have the required analytical skills to perform the initial bug analysis, which can be used by support other teams
- Assign incidents to the appropriate resolution group if more expertise or rights are required and monitor the progress of incidents
- Identify and drive efficiency in the application support and information management processes and identify process improvements on an ongoing basis
