Tasks and responsibilities of Communication Officer:

Internal communication
  • Manage internal communication framework (guidelines for internal communication)
  • Maintain and further develop selected internal communication channels (mainly: TV screens, internal corporate social network, intranet, newsletters)
  • Facilitate Communication community (team members from various teams who volunteered to be the voice of their colleagues and to prepare success stories in the form of short articles and / or videos)
  • Ensure alignment with Global Corporate Communication Department and act as point of contact for roll – out of the global initiatives
  • Support Management Team (prepare key presentations, townhalls, cooperate on event preparation,
  • Support HR in recruitment area – communication approach towards potential employees

External communication
  • Manage appearance in external media
  • Update external channels (LinkedIn, IBSS external web site)
  • Prepare branding design of marketing materials (in close cooperation with global communication department following global guidelines)

  • Language skills – excellent reading & writing English and Slovak, Dutch language is advantage

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience
