ING´s Cheque processing team is looking for a new member experienced in working in a shared service environment. Do you like to have good laughs, dare to make decisions in unclear situations, have a change mind-set and an eye for improvements? You’ll be the part of a family of Cheque processing team, who ensure that clients of ING get the best services on market related to money transfers in the form of cheques. Something for you?

- are responsible for the timely and accurate completion of daily production, including digitalizing cheques, entering information to processing system, dealing with issues and dilemmas
- are part of self-organising team – you are not afraid to take initiative, propose ideas and make them happen if accepted by other member of the team
- cooperate with colleagues within the team and whole department to gain insights on backgrounds of transactions in banking area
- take part in security check of the processes executed by other teams within department
Your team:
- is responsible for high-quality service in processing cheques for clients based in Netherlands
- performs fraud detection and follow up actions in order to prevent financial and reputational loss
- provides support for reconciliation and investigation activities in case of need
