If you are willing to go the extra mile to help your internal global colleagues with data gathering, entry and its processing in order to assure smooth running of the well established team in GSO Bratislava, this will be the opportunity for you.

Our Data Entry Services team is looking for an enthusiastic specialist to be responsible for all kinds of administration of accounts and data processing in various system with the aim to provide the best global customer service.

Tasks and responsibilities of the Data Entry Officer:

• You will open, maintain and close customer and accounts and take responsibility for correct processing of the requests
• You maintain contact with internal colleagues and related departments to keep them informed about the progress of their request
• You will be responsible for missing data investigation to complete the open clients´ cases successfully.
• You will suggest and propose manual process improvements or elimination of manual process steps.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• You are fluent in English both verbal and written
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in bank or BackOffice
• You are flexible, accurate, result-oriented and a team player with a positive drive and you go for the joint result.
• You feel comfortable in a fast changing environment. You are willing to learn every day in a continuous moving global environment with high expectations of service.
• You have affinity with Commercial Banking products (Payments and Cash Management, Lending, Trade Finance, Financial Markets).
