Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for suitable candidate who will perform following:

• Assisting with daily office activities, such as answering the phone, completing daily mailings, registering post, and other administrative tasks (fax, copy, scan)
• Greeting visitors
• Administrative support, correspondence in English
• Preparing meeting minutes in English
• Preparing and organizing business trips and meetings (flight tickets, accommodation, travel insurance)
• Keeping up to date the clients‘ database
• Active and independent solving of given tasks
• Following deadlines and preparations of supporting documents
• Preparing orders, responsible for correctness and delivery
• Responsible for archiving of materials and information
• Standing in for CEO assistant during her absence

• By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
