Job description, responsibilities and duties
- tax returns preparation and control (CIT, VAT, PIT)
- tax advises focused on corporate and international taxation, VAT problematic as well as on accounting issues and commercial law
- identification and elimination of tax risks, finding the solution
- reviews of contractual documentation from the tax point of view
- communication with foreign tax advisors, law offices, colleagues from other departments, tax authorities and other state bodies in Slovakia or abroad
- cooperation with foreign tax advisors in tax registration process abroad
- participation in negotiations with customers/suppliers
- participation on transfer pricing documentation preparation
- participation on tax audits in Slovakia and abroad
- monitoring the changes in tax legislative and their practical implementation in the company

Personality requirements and skills
- University education (Master´s degree) with economical specialisation; ideally Taxation and tax advisory is an advantage
- strong knowledge of tax law and international taxation
- Licence of Tax Advisor is an advantage
- previous BIG 4 or consulting experience is a plus
- previous experience with transfer pricing or international taxation is a big advantage
- advanced level of English, other language is an advantage
- strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
