Quality Assurance Engineer - Senior

In this role, you:

• Resolve customer complaints in 8D-reports, QRF’s, NCR etc.
• Write response and follow up on supplier complaints in 8D-reports, QRF’s, NCR etc.
• Ensure that product quality is according customer expectations.
• Review and implement customer specific requirements.
• Register, monitor and decide on non-conforming material and products.
• Investigate root causes in cooperation with the CFT. Make proposals for corrective and preventive measures.
• Set and maintain Control plan, monitor and evaluate execution of Control plan
• Performs statistical analysis and trend data monitoring
• Responsible for preparation and monitoring of targets for its area of responsibility
• Advise and support on the area of process control, both internal as external (customer/suppliers).
• Support external audits.
