Tenant Relationship Manager

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a new colleague who will secure relationship and satisfaction of the tenants, enabling them to perform their commercial activities and improve sales at AVION Bratislava. We are looking for highly motivated candidate with commercial mindset and relationships management focus – welcome to join our team!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and develop the tenant relations based on our company culture, customer promises and long term business strategies.
• Develop and implement routines regarding interaction between centre management and tenants, including information and communication, so that the tenants can perform their commercial activities in the best way.
• Listen to, coordinate and take action to solve potential issues between centre management and tenants.
• Accumulate, analyse, and follow up on tenant data and tenant performance and distribute and promote the knowledge of the key figures among relevant stakeholders.
• In cooperation with Leasing, support and give input to lease strategy for an optimized tenant mix. In cooperation with Finance, support routines with rent collection.
• Prepare communications, reports and meetings with tenants about news, performance of the centre, upcoming events, safety etc. Optimize tenant communication tools, e.g. the Tenant Portal.
• Management on the floor such as, tenants shop fronts, tenant compliance with centre regulations.
• Secure early awareness and act on business risks and opportunities. Secure systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information.
• Monitor all aspects of the local market, including competitors and actual trends and act on threats and opportunities.
• Create business relationships with tenants, authorities, local community and other stakeholders and work in partnership with all business functions. Maximise synergies with IKEA.
• Support the development of the Strategic Long Term Plan for the shopping centre under the guidance of the Shopping Centre Manager
• Support on time preparation of data needed for Monthly Management Reporting and any other reports and analysis related with tenant units.

• Type of assignment: Full time contract for 2 years (stand in for parental leave)
