Shopping Experience Manager
How the right Shopping Experience Manager´s profile should be?
• Experience of working in a customer service management role within retail business.
• Quick learner who can adapt easily to changing demands.
• Ability to understand the key principles of the shopping experience and customers’ expectations.
• Very perceptive with the ability to implement solutions quickly.
• Ability to find solutions to customer and operational issues.
• Good analytical skills.
• Sense for teamwork, as well as work independently.
• Interested in home furnishing.
• Communicative level of Slovak and English language (written, spoken).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
What can you expect to do as a Shopping Experience Manager?
• Leading and motivation team.
• Secure welcoming, joyful, inspiring and family-friendly atmosphere in the store.
• Identify new business opportunities based on customers motivation and expectations.
• Actively work with trends and customer insights to achieve a returned visit.
• Ensure balanced operational excellence in daily operations to secure a positive shopping experience to our customers.
