ABOUT THE JOB
It´s about attracting visitors to the store, encouraging them to stay longer and enjoy more, offering great food with quality at the lowest prices, giving visitors reasons to return again.
- Creation of menu
- Active work with seasonality and vitality of food within IKEA restaurant and restaurant for co-workers
- Watching and following the latest trends in gastronomy (including new food service technology testing and implementing)
- Managing, leading and developing approximately 20 IKEA Food employees working in the kitchen
- Securing the Health/ Food Safety & Quality rules, HACCP plan and hygiene audits
- We believe that the way to a one's heart is through the stomach

ABOUT YOU
- Experience of min. 5 years as a chef cook or similar position within the gastronomy area
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize
- Very good communication and managerial skills
- Global food and beverage trends overview
- English language on intermediate active level
