Marketing Specialist

- sales and marketing activities in accordance with company business strategy and marketing strategy
- market analyses
- keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity
- identifying new business opportunities, projects, contracts
- handle and process customer data and business transaction in CRM database (HubSpot and SugarCRM)
- coordination of tenders, monitoring the process of submitting quotations
- preparation of sales and marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data
- preparation of presentation materials
- coordination of sales and marketing activities within the group
- email marketing
- creation of marketing presentations
- social media management LinkedIn and Facebook
- cooperation with the Business Development Manager
- administrative support directly to the Business Development Manager
