Data Entry Analyst

This position services four functional Areas: Security, Information, Incidents and Office
Operations. The role is also suitable for individuals looking to transition from similar fields into the commercial intelligence field.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & CHARACTERISTICS:
• Enters eligible data into the ICESERVE24 Intel Platform while maintaining a 99% or above
data entry accuracy level
• Must have understanding of how to use social media and open-source sites to find
information about individuals, companies, organizations or other entities
• Must be bilingual in English (excellent working knowledge of additional languages will be
considered an advantage)
• Must be adaptable and keen to learn new skills and software
• Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and internet resources
• Must possess demonstrated ability to reliably meet project timelines while maintain
strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work shift work, weekends, evenings, and public holidays (scheduling
arrangement can be available)
• Ideal for people with strong administrative skills
• Handling of sensitive and confidential information may at times be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Position requires a high school or higher diploma. Previous experience in a similar position preferred but not required. Pre-requisite to have your own lap top and internet access.
