Junior Marketing & Communication Operation Specialist

As Budget and Expense controller you are responsible with assisting Senior Finance Leader and management of key Financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for analysis of the Business unit forecast, budget, actuals.
Responsible for interacting with the business units and geographies on the forecast, actuals, budget and business metrics.
Designs, prepare and presents detailed analysis of business issues and recommend solutions to senior management.
Forecasting – accuracy of spend lines, understanding of expense drivers.
Setting up budgets with stakeholders and internal invoicing based on the budget commitments
Reporting – regular reporting of financial performance incl. variance analysis highlighting areas of risks and opportunities.
Procurement activities, communication with suppliers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Economics
Preferably 1 year of experience in Finance
Fluency in English
