Senior Talent Researcher Specialist for Finance Centers
Job Description• Identify the best recruitment sources
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Active search of candidates on Social Media and other channels
• Use job boards and professional networking sites to identify and source
candidates
• First pre-selection of internal and external applications
• Conduct interviews with senior talent acquisition coordinators
• Analysis of HR data
• Carry on monthly reporting
• Cooperation with other team members and departments
