• Local Authorized Service Providers authentication, daily business management and target monitoring.
• Spare parts, logistic and expenses management for after-sales service.
• Technical support for service partners and customers in Slovakia.
• Customer relationship of terminal products service aspect management and improvement.
• Customer caring for social media part like Facebook, Forum and hotline monitoring and support.
• Establishing the fans activity, maintaining the key fans relationship and monitoring the key fans product feedback.

- Bachelor or higher degree in administration of Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or related commerce or science discipline;
- 1-3 years experience in service area of telecommunication industry.
