How you'll make your mark:
• Manage the activities required to ensure full adherence to Customer requirements focused on deviations found on Post Factory shipments.
• Work with product/ service providers to conduct Root cause Analysis to correct and eliminate recurrence on issues triggering the deviations.
• Proactively identify and support actions to mitigate potential failure modes that may trigger deviations from Customer Requirements
• Lead activities, projects and programs to implement Quality improvement strategies, measurement, and training.
• Support leadership in driving the Zero Defects quality culture and quality improvements within the organization.
• Responsible for identifying and improving process and program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that activities, projects and programs align with the quality strategy and vision.
• Coach and provide direction to the business or functional area on quality improvement projects in order to achieve desired business results.
• Responsible for Root Cause Analysis of issues potentially impacting our customers and working with manufacturing /Logistics teams on defining preventive/corrective actions to eliminate recurrence of these issues.
• Act as a liaison with other teams when the quality issues are not under the scope of owned responsibilities.
• Use data as available and/or develop data acquisition processes to support data driven decision taking
• Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned projects/programs.
• Coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal development, manufacturing and service delivery partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.

About you:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management, or equivalent
• Experience with product inspection, internal auditing in manufacturing environment, error prevention
• Knowledge of FMEA preferred
• Project management experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or other Quality certifications preferred.
• Typically 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing
• Previous Experience on Quality / Manufacturing processes preferred
• Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
• Self-starter
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with teams of different nature and composition
• Ability to communicate well (verbally and written) in English language

Salary offered – minimum: 1 500 EUR/month, maximum – 2 100 EUR – salary is based on experience and agreement
