Job description, responsibilities and duties
Established Shared Service Center in Košice is looking for a Manager to our Internal Controls Department. Working in LafargeHolcim European Business Services supports self initiative and an aptitude for technical and process improvements. As a Internal Controls System Manager you will be responsible:
- Plans, manages and monitors ICS implementations and operations in a Group Company to ensure compliance with Group ICS requirement.
- In coordination with the CEO and CFO and in consultation with Group ICS, creates an ICS project structure (including Steering Committee if appropriate), proposes project timeline/budget/risk analysis and performs initial/update entity and IT scoping.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders (such as Group ICS, ICS project team and Steering Committee, ITSC, local Internal Audit, local External Audit, Control Owners and SCOs) to resolve or escalate issues.

Personality requirements and skills
- Fluent English
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Finance/Accounting/Internal Control/Internal or External Auditing & deep knowledge of related processes
- Advantage: ACCA certified, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Demonstrate and promote positive attitude towards internal control
- Ready and willing to take ownership and responsibility for ad-hoc initiatives involving new challenges
- Able to deal with requirements and changes on short notice
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate high degree of proactivity and Integrity
