Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Independent performance of all recruitment-related tasks:
determination of conditions for qualification, responsibility for the content of personnel advertising, selection of suitable candidates from the internal database and external sources, managing the job interviews with suitable candidates
- Creating of employment contracts, contract amendments, etc.
- Ensuring labor law acts associated with the establishment and termination of employment (registration, deregistration to and from social and health insurance, ensuring initial health and safety training)
- Planning and organization of medical examinations of employees
- Planning and organization of company transport
- Responsibility for archiving and observing the protection of employees' personal data GDPR
- Preparation and processing of statistical data for monitoring KPI´s (fluctuation, illness rate)
- Cooperation on the comany´s HR projects
- Close cooperation with HR management in Germany - communication in a foreign language is a must (German or English speaking and writing)
- Communication with company management as well as with other departments
- Other administrative support activities
