HR Admin is responsible for following areas:
Contracts Administration
• Preparation of contracts for employees and relevant vendors
• Close cooperation with legal advisor
• Administration of SAP system
Payroll administration
• Preparation and calculation of relevant basis for contracts administration
• Time and absence administration
• Employee benefits administration
• Communication with OHS provider
Documentation
• Confidential documentation treatment and storage
• HR reporting
