You would work with a dedicated team of experienced legal professionals who have acted in recent years on various groundbreaking international transactions. Your job position would involve supporting lawyers by doing legal research, communicating with various authorities, preparing initial drafts of legal documents, file administration and assisting lawyers in various transactional matters.
