Being responsible for the management of the local office in Bratislava with 15 employees your main objective will be the sales and all other country operations.
Given to your proactive and dedicated attitude you will actively get involved in developing the company and be in contact with the customers like heavy building material industry and road and railway construction companies.

Personality requirements and skills
If you are the ideal candidate, then you have University studies in Technical/ Economical field and previous successful experience in Sales Management or General Management in construction materials field. The role requires background in construction, building materials, quarry or in sales for quarry or mining equipments.
You have excellent leadership skills and proven capability to build and consolidate teams. You also have willingness to travel, learn and to be part of a bigger organization. You have good technical understanding, in addition to being an excellent team player with high empathic feeling. You are self-motivated and self-driven and you are fluent in English.
