Your role

Henkel Slovakia is looking for an organized, detail oriented and resourceful Replenishment Planner to join our Replenishment Schwarzkopf Professional Division. The right individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative and is excited about joining our team on a journey of continuous improvement. Your main role would be to ensure the best balance between planning processes, distribution capabilities and customer needs in constantly evolving environment as well as ensuring proper managing of the product lifecycle. On top of that, you will be:

  • Executing an end-to-end planning for defined brand portfolio including optimization of service level and inventories
  • Securing Supply Chain replenishment processes within 25+ countries
  • Proposing of self-dependent process optimization in planning with Central Production Planning team
  • Contributing to process improvements, process migration and harmonization
  • Involve in planning and coordination of new product implementation process with local planners in Hamburg regarding the new within own brand portfolio
  • Securing availability of new products into the markets on time

Your skills

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain or Logistics area is an advantage
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ *Production planning area in business center
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (excel case study is part of the interview process)
  • Experience with SAP – is an advantage
  • Flexibility and adaptability to fast changes and being assertive
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
  • Accuracy and attention to details, proactive ownership to own product portfolio
