Your role

Close cooperation with the sales and marketing department
Preparation of analyses and documents for sales Q meetings
Preparation of outputs and evaluation of data before the business meeting
Responsibility for some selected projects
Translations and adaptations of visuals, labels, technical sheets & preparation of smaller POS materials (leaflets, brochures,…) - cooperation with external creative agencies
Communication with printer and warehouse
Placing orders and registration of labels and packaging materials in the internal system (SAP, Ariba)
Preparation of tables and documents for regular reports (work with Excel and internal system)
Administration of product websites, updates and translations (product information, news, videos, promotions, vendor contacts)
Management of digital platforms - DAM, PIM (cooperation with the headquarters in Vienna / Düsseldorf)
Digital support - cooperation on creating a digital strategy (social media)

Your skills

A student ideally in the 2nd - 4th year of the University of Economics (min. 2 semesters remaining until the end of the study)
Interest in Marketing and Trade
Good knowledge of working on a PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent knowledge of the Slovak language - native speaker
Good knowledge of English (frequent translations)
Diligence, reliability, communicativeness and independence
Flexibility, desire to work, learn, gain experience and join a team
Work experience is welcome
