Source to Pay Project Coordinator

Our team delivers process expertise and project support for Source to Pay accounts payable. Our goal is to increase automation and digitalization in the processes and to improve quality and service level. Join our team for the area of finance and have a direct impact on future accounts payable processes. While working on dynamic global project, you will:

• Technically support implementation of new finance procedures, make settings in SAP system for accounts payable processes and transfer of open payables to new system
• ​​Be responsible for processes analysis and identification of optimization opportunities
• Develop designs as basis for IT related system improvement
• Define areas for testing and conduct tests of new system and process solutions
• Monitor and control the project execution in line with the project plan
• Design the training material and train the users
• Present the reporting status of your projects in front of team and higher management
• Proactively identify and solve project risks

We are looking for a skillful professional with financial background and tangible experience in financial processes (e.g. invoice processing or verification) in an international company. All experience in project management or process improvements will be highly appreciated. We assure you’ll be a member of friendly and dynamic team where you’ll learn a great deal of new things, but in the meantime, we expect:

• English on an active business level
• At least 2 years work experience with SAP or Oracle
• ​Good accounting knowledge
• Excel on an intermediate level (pivot tables, graphs, functions)
• ​PowerPoint on an active user level
• ​Strong analytical and communication skills
• Result orientation
