Your role

Responsibility for Accounts Receivables (A/R) Management on customer accounts
Proactive contacting of customers on open A/R positions (reminder letters, collection calls)
Answering incoming inquiries on customer account status from customers and sales
A/R Maintenance and reconciliations with key customer accounts
Co-operation with Customer Services, Credit Management, Incoming payments and local Sales team across all businesses for respective countries
Supports workload distribution
Supports KPI reporting
Creates and updates process documentation
Supports preparation of training plan
Supports/steers regular calls with stakeholders
Keeps meeting minutes and actively participates in team meetings
Actively shares knowledge with the team and provides support to them in operational tasks

Your skills

Economical background is an advantage
Written and spoken knowledge in French Language is a must
Advanced knowledge in English language
Experienced in relevant field is a must
Mentoring and presentation skills
