Your role

Request PBD’s (Product Base Description) documents from brand teams
Steer the preparation of those PBD’s and upload the information on PIM (Product Information) tool and SharePoint
Track the status of all PIM projects and share PBD’s to local teams
Upload and publish digital assets (Pack shots, key visuals, marketing images, etc.) on Digital Asset Management tool
Manage and maintain various SharePoint sites for global/regional teams
Support with the analysis of POS visuals with VAS tool (Visual Attention Analysis)
Involvement in other ad-hoc tasks related to product information and digital assets

Your skills

Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Self-organization and reliability (you will handle projects independently)
Willingness and flexibility to be involved in different projects that will expand your knowledge and career path
