- Review and clean-up of existing suppliers' data using all existing purchasing internal sources
- Implement and maintain a standardized approach of price list maintenance crucial for the input in our databases
- Review price/material variances between agreed price lists with the suppliers and data maintained in internal systems and generate corrective actions
- Support the initiation of sourcing events and provide support as needed to purchasing teams
- Support in tender analyses that drive the new prices and tracking new prices in the new set standardized format
- Data management maintenance (specifications, creation of materials, incoterms, delivery terms, etc)
- Liaison between Shared Service Center and Purchasing Categories - Drive optimization/automatization of processes
Your skills
- Excellent English language skills and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Advanced in MS Excel
- Passion for processes
- Minimum of 1 year work experience with data sets, data management
- Purchasing background and SAP knowledge consists an advantage
