The Import & Export specialist is responsible for all international customer orders from order placement to completion with acting as the liaison with all parties (Customer, Warehouse & Transport Provider, Authorities) to ensure a smooth and complete transaction until Invoice creation and posting.
- Coordination of complete export process
- Steering of orders & ensuring on-time and complete delivery
- Coordination of orders with warehouse and transport providers and if needed authorities
- Coordinate exception & claim handling
- Steering of proper financial flows including handling of distributor details & assortment
- Prepare export and import documents, apply basic understanding of import/export regulations and requirements to support business needs
Your skills
- University/College degree in a relevant field
- Min. 3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/OTC/Customer service
- Fluency in English language
- At least an intermediate level in French language
- Experience with SAP & Outlook & MS Excel
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Problem solving, accuracy and attention to details
- Team player with Professional attitude
