Performed activities include: market screening, e-sourcing, direct negotiations with suppliers on prices and contracts, decision making on supplier onboarding / delisting & category specific tasks. Sourcing Hub splits into Adhesive Technologies, Beauty & Laundry Care, Indirect materials & Services and Logistics clusters to reflect dedication to the business units.
Your role
- Support and administration of the bidding events for Indirect Materials and Services
- Preparation and setting up electronic tenders & auctions within Henkel eSourcing tool
- Support and training on eTool for Henkel purchasers and suppliers
- Coordination with suppliers to collect bid relevant documents
- Analysis of eSourcing events and revise the results for purchasing teams
- Regular reporting to regional purchasers & corporate purchasing organization
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to purchasing/management
- Fluent English is required and any other language is very welcome
- Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
- Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required
- Experience with SAP/SAP Ariba is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Interest to constantly improve processes
