- Review of data related to new materials purchased by Henkel
- Analysis of data for existing materials and Henkel internal system and replicating missing inputs into new materials
- Review price/material variances between agreed price lists with the suppliers and data maintained in ternal systems and generate corrective actions
- Communication with responsible parties – supplier, category team members, supply chain, RSO for ensuring the correctness of materials data
- Collecting the price and commercial terms information and capturing this into the agreed form
- Ensuring data correctness and updating relevant databases
- Coordinating and discussing with responsible parties in the event of any issues related to new article creation
- Supporting Purchasing Community in initiatives related to the increase of efficiency, effectiveness and compliance
Your skills
- Passion for processes - Minimum of 1 year work experience with data sets, data management
- Purchasing background and SAP knowledge consists an advantage
- Excellent English language skills and communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Advanced in MS Excel
- Attentive to details
