- Technically support implementation of purchasing procedures, make settings in various systems and applications
- Prepare agenda and lead meetings on international level with managers
- Responsible for analysis of processes, identification of optimization opportunities
- Define areas for testing and conduct tests of new system and process solutions
- Validate purchasing data in new environment
- Design of training material and conduction of trainings
- Monitor and control the project execution supporting project leads
- Status reporting of your projects in front of management on a national and international basis
Your skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
- At least 1 year of work experience in SAP Ariba Guided Buying is a must
- Excel knowledge intermediate or above
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-driven
- Experience with purchasing back office or process improvements is an advantage
