- Develop a sourcing strategy for the selective baskets and responsible region CE, define execution modalities after approval by Category Team Leader. Ensuring full documentation and traceability
- Contribute to deliver bottom line results managing own spend/projects according to yearly/long term planning and upfront target defined with Category Team Leader Marketing
- Conduct periodical risk assessment and designs and manages adequate countermeasures for selected spend
- Define and manage selected supplier portfolio; selects suppliers; establishes strategic supplier relationship where appropriate and manages it accordingly
- Align with local and regional purchasing teams the implementation of global strategy in CE, built tandem with the local and regional purchasing within project implementation
- Independent project lead and project management of regional sourcing projects including alignment with internal stakeholder and external supplier
Your skills
- Strategic purchasing experience - at least 3 years
- Very good communication skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Master Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Purchasing
- Very good stakeholder management
- Focus on process improvements and problem solving
- Analytical thinking
