The Export Logistic Coordinator is responsible for all international customer orders from order placement to completion with acting as the liaison with all parties (Customer, Warehouse & Transport Provider, Authorities) to ensure a smooth and complete transaction until Invoice creation and posting.

- Coordination of complete export process
- Steering of orders & ensuring on-time and complete delivery
- Coordination of orders with warehouse and transport providers and if needed authorities
- Coordinate exception & claim handling
- Steering of proper financial flows including handling of distributor details & assortment
Your skills
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Supply chain or Logistics area is an advantage
- Min. 3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply
- Chain/OTC area or in business center
- Fluent in French & English language
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Experience with SAP & Outlook
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Team player with Professional attitude
