- Conduct standard and ad-hoc reporting & analysis for the Global Media team
- Consolidate overview of global media investments for each sector for respective countries, categories, brands & products
- Processing overview of media investments of newly launched products & relaunch of previous products
- Continuous data checks and clean-ups of existing data (perform data maintenance)
- Steering Media Invoicing process (Invoice checking, payments, approval process)
- Budget handling support (creation of budget, controlling)
- User management & support
- Ad-hoc media projects responsibility
- Demonstrate proactivity in stakeholder communication
- Respond in a timely and professional manner to queries related to the process
Your skills
- University or College education in Business / Marketing is an advantage
- Active level of English language is a must and second language (French or Russian or German) on communicative level is highly welcomed
- Advance Excel skills are a must
- User skills of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Number oriented person, capable of working with tight deadlines
- Accounting experience is an advantage
- Initiative and inner drive to bring things forward and strong, pro-active communication
