Processing of quality questionnaires from our customers in North America and Europe related to SHEQ
Collection of needed information from various departments: Sales, Plant Quality, Customer Quality, Customer Service, Supply chain,…
Build up a customized response package to fit our customers’ needs
Maintain a database of answers to most frequent questions
