Your role

Leading and supporting technical set up of Ariba buying portal based on countries specifics
Supporting new Ariba Supplier enablement process by testing, reporting current status of identified issues, communicate with Project team and IT team
Guiding, consulting and training the Purchasing community
Communicate externally (with suppliers directly) and internally in customer-oriented manner with countries in case of errors, missing data or problems
Ensure that all process steps are performed in line with the Service Level Agreement
Proposing/Work on improvements of the user experience, focused on the content available on the Ariba buying portal and Proweb tool solution

Your skills

University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
Ariba tool and/or Supplier enablement process experience highly appreciated
Fluent in English language, additional language knowledge will be an advantage
Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in an international team
Interest to constantly improve processes
