- Close cooperation with the Business Controlling Beauty Care and Laundry and Home Care teams
- Harmonization, standardization project initiatives aimed at streamlining the Business Controlling process and tools Involvement in operational controlling activities (regional, country factbooks)
- Liaison with Business Intelligence team and application of BI solutions to Business Controlling operations
- Possibility to develop skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Henkel ERP's and reporting tools (SAP, Gribs, GFS)
- Opportunity to work on ad-hoc process improvement ideas, participate to Continuous Improvement projects and obtain widely recognized certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
Your skills
- Strong analytical skills, orientation to detail
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, including VBA
- English language on an active level (written, spoken)
- Interest in advanced reporting tools (BI solutions)
- Team player, willing to learn and constantly improve process efficiency Business-related studies, preferably with major in controlling / finance
