- Creation of architectural concepts, technical standards and guide lines in alignment with our external partners.
- Leading or supporting technical projects in the area of SAP Basis (e.g.: implementation of new technologies like HANA, implementation of cloud solutions or execution of release upgrades)
- Supporting international SAP implementation and migration projects
- Steering our external datacenter and SAP Basis partners
- Execution of root cause analysis and proactive optimization of our system landscape including performance improvements (current landscape based on ABAP and Java Stacks with Oracle and HANA databases; SAP products in place are ERP, GTS, SCM/APO, CRM, BI, SolMan, …)
- Extent the usage for SAP Solution Manager
- Optimization of our transport management processes and tools.
Your skills
- University degree within computer science or comparable
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of SAP *Basis with global system landscape
- Strong skills in Unix, Oracle and HANA
- Experience in project management and SAP certification would be beneficia
- Very good communication skills in English
